Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Supr Skills mobile application and website (together, the “Service”), operated by Truelet Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Notify us at hello@truelet.in if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. License to use the Service

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content except as expressly permitted.

4. Course content & third-party materials

Some courses are sourced from third parties such as MIT OpenCourseWare and Harvard CS50 and remain subject to their own licenses (for example, Creative Commons non-commercial licenses) and terms. Videos are served via YouTube and are subject to YouTube’s terms. We do not claim ownership of third-party course materials; our own software, branding, and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws.

The course content is, and remains, free of charge. We do not sell, license, or charge for access to the third-party course materials themselves. Any paid plan covers only Supr Skills’s own value-added features — for example the AI Buddy, human-expert support, and other platform tools — and never the underlying courses, which stay free to all users in keeping with their original licenses.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or redistribute course content except as the underlying license allows;
• reverse-engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service to violate any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content in notes or any other field.

6. User content

Notes and other content you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, syncing it across your devices). You are responsible for the content you create.

7. Plans & payments

The courses are always free. We charge only for the learning experience built around them — the AI Buddy, human-expert support, and similar platform features. When billing is enabled, payments are processed by Razorpay; by purchasing you also agree to Razorpay’s terms. Prices, plans, and any free-access promotions are shown in the app and may change. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

During the launch phase, access may be provided free of charge to early learners. We may modify or end any promotional offer at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that completing any course guarantees a particular outcome, certification recognition, or employment. Certificates issued reflect course completion within the Service, not accreditation by any third-party institution.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truelet Technologies Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts located in India.
