Privacy Policy

Truelet Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”) operates the Supr Skills mobile application and this website (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@truelet.in.

Information we collect

• Account information (via Google Sign-In): your name, email address, profile picture URL, and a Google account identifier. We use Google Sign-In solely to authenticate you; we never receive your Google password.
• Learning data: your course and lesson progress, watch positions, notes you create, quiz results, daily activity (for streaks), and earned certificates. This is tied to your account so your progress follows you across devices.
• Subscription / billing data (only if you purchase): payments are processed by Razorpay. We store your entitlement status (active / expired) and plan; we do not store card numbers.
• Diagnostics: if enabled, we use Sentry to collect crash reports and error diagnostics (device model, OS version, app version, stack traces) to fix bugs. This is not used to identify you and excludes the content of your notes.
• Website analytics (with your consent): on our website we use PostHog to understand which pages and actions are useful. It only runs after you accept the consent prompt; if you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent. We also honor your browser’s Do-Not-Track setting.

How we use it

To provide and sync your learning experience, authenticate you, operate subscriptions, fix crashes, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

• Google Sign-In — authentication (Google Privacy Policy).
• YouTube — lessons are embedded via YouTube; playback is subject to Google / YouTube’s privacy policy and terms.
• Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions (only if you purchase).
• Sentry — crash and error diagnostics.
• PostHog — website analytics, loaded only after you consent.
• Cloudflare — our backend (API and database) runs on Cloudflare; your data is stored there.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data until you delete your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app, which permanently removes your progress, notes, streaks, certificates, and entitlement records. You may also request deletion by emailing hello@truelet.in. Deletion is irreversible.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 12, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Authentication tokens are stored in the device’s secure keystore (Android Keychain / Keystore). All API traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
